As Managing Director, he has made it his priority to be involved in every aspect of the business and is passionate about ensuring all clients receive the best service possible. 

He has an interest in all things motoring and is a member of the Brooklands museum. David loves all animals especially his dog Bella, who can regularly be seen riding up front in his convertible sports car,

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Paul has always been commercially savvy, by the age of 30 he owned and ran one of the biggest estate agent chains in Berkshire before setting up Howard Warwick associates with his brother David. 25 years later he is now responsible for all financial aspects of the business.

In his spare time,  you'll be able to spot him with his beautiful dog Inca in and around the exquisite woods and park lands of Surrey and Berkshire..

A driven and highly motivated individual, His main responsibilities include client success and commercial strategy. Kyle has worked across multiple industry sectors and brings extensive knowledge and insight of the research market.

Kyle has a passion for food, travel and exercise. He can be found most evenings in the gym and  in the beautiful pubs and restaurants of historic Hampton Court.
