FRIENDS AND FAMILY FREE TRIAL

We appreciate some care organisations maybe apprehensive when transitioning to a new/comprehensive feedback programme. To demonstrate how confident we are in our services, we are happy to offer a completely free survey. 

The survey consists of:

  • 7 generic ‘core’ questions (see EXAMPLE SURVEY opposite)
  • Standard survey 
  • Online only
  • Up to 50 responses maximum
  • Standard report, with benchmark comparisons
  • There is no facility to amend questions or reporting
  • Available once only per client 

If you prefer to distribute a paper survey there is a charge of £3 per questionnaire for printing, data capture and envelopes, plus any postage involved.

To take advantage of the free trial:

Contact enquiries@howardwarwick.co.uk or call
020 8891 0880 to confirm the following:
  • The name of the location to be surveyed
  • Your preferred survey dates
  • Whether you require paper surveys (at extra cost)

HWA will:

  • Confirm the above
  • Provide a link to the online survey for you to review
  • Give you a unique code for the location to be surveyed

When the survey period goes ‘live’ you will be able to access the survey on a tablet, or email the link whichever is the most appropriate.
