Hospital BESPOKE

Many clients, particularly larger organisations, prefer to customise their surveys with additional questions related to their marketing activity or a specific focus such as catering.

The survey consists of:

  • Completely customisable questions
  • Branded with your logo
  • Paper or online options
  • Customised report
  • Cost according to requirement

If you prefer to distribute a paper survey there is a charge of £3 per questionnaire for printing, data capture and envelopes, plus any postage involved.

Additionally, questionnaires – both online and paper - can be personalised with client logos and branding 

We willingly accommodate all of the above and would be pleased to provide a quotation based on your specific requirements.
