RESIDENTS

Our Care-to-talk feedback programme is designed for care providers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their service users, relatives and employees opinions on their care, safety, environment and services.

Care-to-talk also provides an early indicator for any potential red flags and the feedback can be used in marketing materials to reassure prospective residents. All our surveys are expertly designed and we cater for certain conditions such as limited vision and Dementia.

ONE-MONTH/POST-ARRIVAL

Whether you have a new home or just want to ensure your latest residents are comfortable, a one-month/post arrival survey is ideal for understanding how your residents are settling into their new environment, These surveys can be issued on paper or online and cost a fixed fee of £75 per annum per home.

Likes and dislikes are reported immediately by email.

RESPITE CARE

Occasionally, families may place their loved one into your home for respite care. These short-stay visitors often have different needs to the longer stay residents and this form is designed to measure their satisfaction, identify any opportunities for improvement and crucially, collect endorsements that can be used to encourage further business. These surveys can be issued on paper or online and cost a fixed fee of £75 per annum per home.  Reports are issues at regular intervals.

DEMENTIA FRIENDLY

Most care homes have a proportion of residents suffering from Dementia and we offer a number of strategies for including them where possible. Many of those with a mild condition may be able to participate in the normal way. Those who are not able to can be assisted by visitors, volunteers or advocates and in the more severe cases we recommend using a shortened version of the survey asking only the most basic questions about their current feelings rather than their past memories.
