Charities STANDARD

The Standard charities surveys have been developed over a number of years to allow you to ask the most relevant questions, provide clear and concise results, run the surveys at a time of your choosing and give you the best value for money available.

Charity surveys consist of 32 key questions covering:

  • Overall views
  • Communication
  • Respect & dignity
  • Activities
  • Communication
  • Management
  • Comments

These surveys operate as follows:

  • Paper or online options
  • Standard HWA survey
  • Full set of generic questions
  • Detailed report with dashboard / comparisons / benchmarking
  • There is no facility to amend questions or reporting
  • Cost starting £3 per respondent with a minimum charge of £250 location

To arrange a charity survey:

020 8891 0880 to confirm the following:
  • The name of the regions/location to be surveyed
  • Your preferred survey dates
  • Whether you require paper surveys (at extra cost)

  • Your preferred survey dates
  • Whether you require online or paper surveys 

HWA will:

  • Confirm the above
  • Provide a final fixed cost
  • Provide a link to the online survey for you to review
  • Provide sufficient paper copies for each service user
  • Give you a unique code for each location to be surveyed

When the survey period goes ‘live’ you will be able to access the survey on a tablet, email the link or distribute paper questionnaires, whichever is the most appropriate.
